PS3 Slim Exact Release Date Depends On Country

Following on from Sony’s big announcement of the 120GB PS3 Slim, its also been revealed that we still dont have an exact release date for the Slim. We do know that it will be released in the first week of September, but the exact date will vary depending on what Country you live in.

As taken from VG247′s Live Blog, Sony Rep Andrew House stated: “The exact release date will vary by country, but will be available during the week of the 1st September.”

Thats all great and everything, but we must now wait further to hear on official dates for the Slim. It has probably got something to do with localization issues, pretty much the same way as movie releases work.

We will obviously keep you updated when announcements are made regarding release dates for the PS3 Slim.
