Mass Effect 2 at GamesCom 2009

Back in 2007, we were treated to what was considered an awesome game, Mass Effect. The sequel Mass Effect 2 will be launched in 2010 and will be on show at GamesCom 2009. All our favorites are there, including Commander Shepherd. The story behind the game is that humans are starting to vanish throughout the galaxy; it is your mission to find out why this is happening.

Mass Effect 2 is considered to be a quantum leap action shooter combat game, but it has a lot to live up to. The new game has been improved in all areas, such as its new and improved control system, it is this system that allows for moment-to-moment control over the squad that you command.

There is also the new concept: squad recruitment, it is down to you to choose whom you have on your team. Make certain that you make the correct choice, as it is your team that will help increase your chances of survival.
