Elite Xbox 360: No HD Cables Inside

It seems that the latest batch of Xbox 360 Elite systems no longer include a HDMI cable, since the release of the Xbox 360 Elite they have always came with a HDMI cable as standard, this has now been confirmed by several GameStop employees have confirmed that the latest Elite consoles no longer have HDMI cables enclosed.

This will be quite frustrating for people who buy the console and plan to plug it into their HDTV only to find they have to plug it in via the SD composite cable. Obviously a lot of people will have to then fork out even more money to get the most out of their console.

Personally I feel that this penny pinching is very tight from Microsoft, and lets face it most people that buy the Elite console will be planning to view their gameplay in HD. Check out the full article on Kotaku.
