TomTom iPhone App Review and Video

Following our recent posts regarding the iPhone’s new TomTom application and also the other GPS iPhone applications, a detailed look into the new TomTom for iPhone application has now emerged on GPSReview, the article is quite in depth and includes a few videos, one of which can be seen at the end of this post.

The new TomTom app is said to integrate the great functionality of their previous TomTom systems with the ease-of-use that the iPhone offers, the application does not rely on phone signal which is the downfall of many competitors, this means no-matter how remote location you should be able to find your destination easily.

Exact details on pricing have not yet been confirmed, however GPSReview seem to think that the application will set you back around $50, and the in-car kit will set you back around $100. It shouldn’t be long until we hear confirmed prices, when we do we will keep you posted.
