Modern Warfare 2: Is this the full weapons list?

Back in December, we asked all you Modern Warfare fans for your favourite weapon choices for Modern Warfare 2. Recently, we have found a list which looks to be the final and official weapon list for the upcoming sequel. What are your thoughts on it?

Head over to GamersGuideToLife, to check out the full list. As you can see, a lot of your favourites from Call of Duty 4 have returned, such as the M4 Carbine, G36C, H&K MP5 and the Dragunov sniper rifle.

As you would expect though, there are a quite a few new additions for each of the weapon categories. These include the Franchi SPAS-12 shotgun, Steyr AUG A2 assault rifle and Walther WA2000 sniper rifle.

Looks like there will be plenty of variety on offer, judging by the sheer amount of weapons available for each class. We are particularly wondering how good the ‘riot shield’ will end up being.
