By: Jamie Pert | August 14, 2009 | Leave a CommentVision Research who are known for their high end cameras now plan to soon release their Phantom Miro Ex-series cameras, this series of cameras have the look of a DSLR camera, however boast a spec designed for high-speed video capture.
There are two resolutions available to you, these are either 640 x 480 or 800 x 600, the frame rates for the video capture start at 500fps and offer up to 100,000fps (at a lower quality). The cameras offer an ISO setting of up to ISO 1200 for color and ISO 4800 for monochrome.
Although the cameras have no official retail price they are expected to start just shy of $10,000, so obviously they are aimed at the high-end professional market. For further details check out Engadget.
