We have some details for you to check out now, on the upcoming Nokia Maemo 5 Internet Tablet. There have been no news on a possible release for the new device, but we have learned that the linux-powered Maemo 5 will contain smartphone features, as well as being categorized as an Internet Tablet.
As reported from ArsTechnica, the Maemo 5 Internet Tablet (also known as the RX-51) will feature 3G connectivity and an OMAP3 processor. Leaked pictures from Engadget appear to show that the Maemo 5 will be marketed as phone an Internet Tablet but with smartphone features included.
