Onkyo has just announced the release of two brand new products to their line of home theater recievers. They are the TX-NR807 and TX-SR707 respectively and both are available to buy now.
As reported from Electronista, both systems are 7.2 audio capable, but the TX-NR807 offers slightly more advanced features than the TX-SR707. One of these is the ability to stream from the Internet, from services such as Rhapsody and Pandora. Other features include six HDMI inputs, DLNA 1.5-compliant, upconverts DVDs to 1080p and Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio decoding.
The cheaper TX-SR707 doesn’t offer network streaming and also only has an 100W per channel output, compared to the TX-NR807’s 135W per channel output.
The TX-NR807 is available for around $1,077, while the TX-SR707 retails for $899. More details and pics over at Electronista.
