If you are an up and coming DJ, then you will be pleased to know that Pioneer have launched the DJM-5000 DJ mixer, which is perfect for portable use. The mixer comes with new multi-zone support, allowing the user to send audio sources to separate areas.
According to Electronista, the Pioneer DJM-5000 also comes with three microphone inputs, built-in sound card, 96kHz/24-bit sampling as well as a MIDI mapping capability. This cool looking DJ mixer has been designed to be rack-mounted. Pioneer have also included a new feature called Advanced Talk Over, this helps to attenuate the mid-range or vocal frequencies in the music when the DJ has his mic plugged in.
This feature allows the DJ to be heard without the need to stop the music. Two of the three microphone inputs are independent balanced inputs, both come with its own dedicated volume control and equalizer.
The Pioneer’s DJM-5000 ships in October and will cost $1,275.
