BlackBerry Storm 2 9520: Photos show Wi-Fi support

There has been so much news on the Vodafone BlackBerry Storm 2 in recent weeks, IntoMobile have been looking hard and have finally found some images of the BlackBerry 9520 on the German Vodafone cell phone network. The images are thanks to The BlackBerry Ninja.

You will notice that the 9520 comes with a new loading screen as well as software 5.0.0.138, which has been given the codename Odin. Looking at the images, you will now notice that the handset now comes with built-in Wi-Fi, which is about time.

With the BlackBerry Storm 2 now coming with Wi-Fi, the smartphone has now gone into a new direction, one for the better. Verizon had kept Wi-Fi off some of its handsets so that users used their 3G network, but the network carrier is now pushing more of its models to have Wi-Fi.
