Tony Hawk RIDE for Wii: Release date and price

T3 have stated that the one industry that does not seem to care about the current recession is gaming, it seems that this market are still increasing its prices while others are decreasing. This is certainly evident with the recent release date and price of the upcoming Tony Hawk RIDE for Wii.

The new game is just shy of £100 in the UK; you can get yourself at least four real skateboards for that. The new game comes complete with a skateboard, but with wheels and is not only available for the Wii, but also the Xbox 360 and the Sony PS3.

When you consider that you can pick up a game title for around £40, a further £60 is a hefty price to pay for a board that is made to just go on your carpet. We do wonder if this game with accompanying skateboard will sell as well as the console maker’s hope.

Tony Hawk RIDE is due to be released on November 20, perfect for the holiday season. T3 have advised to wait for a few hands-on reviews before you part with your hard-earned cash.
