New iPhone App: CoPilot Live Satellite Navigation

Good news for iPhone owners now as ALK Technologies has announced that its CoPilot Live satellite navigation system is now available to buy for the 3G and 3GS over in the UK. The company were patiently waiting for approval for the App store, but now its all been cleared and is available right now to download.
As reported from IntoMobile, CoPilot Live is now on sale in the UK App store for a one-off fee of £25.99. The app features full turn-by-turn navigation, automatic route calculation and supports both portrait and landscape mode.
The 3D maps within the app are easy to follow, while theres also lane assistance and speed limit alerts. The street maps in the app are stored on the iPhone, so you won’t have to worry about re-downloading any maps, or paying monthly fees.
The app is available to download in the UK now. A U.S version of the app is expected to be released shortly, so we’ll let you know when its out.
