Call of Duty Der Riese: Type 99 and Teddy Bear locations

Ok, so you’ve been playing Call Of Duty: Nazi Zombies non stop and heard about all the rumors on the Type 99 weapon? Unless theres a good deal of you out there who are keeping quiet, the Type 99 is yet to be found by anyone, and we are still unclear on whether the elusive weapon even exists.
Here are the facts we do know. We know that by triggering the ‘Elevate your senses‘ achievement/trophy, it starts a mini game where you have to find certain objects that are scattered throughout the map.
As far as I’m aware, the items that have been found by most gamers are the teddy bear holding the bowie knife (located at the mainframe on the window ledge to the left), the teddy with the juggernog bottle (located inside in the animal cage by the Trench Gun) and the Monkey (located inside the furnace by the Thompson).
If all the rumors are true, once you have completed the above tasks, the Type 99 ’should’ appear inside the weapon box. Should is the key word though, as after countless attempts, there has been no reports or videos of the Type 99 in action.
The question is, why would Treyarch release an official Pack-a-Punch weapon list with the Type 99 and Sawed Off Shotgun included, if they are nowhere to be seen?
It’s either a well kept secret on Treyarch’s side, or simply just an error by them. Until we hear anything from Treyarch themselves, we’ll just have to keep on trying to get to the bottom of this.

I never knew either the Type 99 or the Double Barreled were anything special. I usually get the shotgun at least once in the random box before anyone upgrades their weapon. I DO remember getting the Type 99 in the box, but I can’t recall if I picked it up or not or if the Fly Trap was activated. If I did get the Type 99, I probably wouldn’t have picked it up because I don’t really like the gun. I will play again tonight and see what I come up with.
Some pieces to Treyarch’s puzzle.
-So far, 3 bears have been found. When the last one is shot, Samantha (or someone) screams “Game Over!”
-Bloody paw prints, shadows of a teddy, the radio messages, when the Fly Trap is shot, all the bonuses (2x, insta-kill, etc.) fly into the air. There is also a building which has “Teddy is a liar” written on the wall. In that building, there is also a person hanging from the ceiling (much like in Shi no numa). actualy, when the fly trap is activated it is actually 2 teddies, a bowie knife, juger nog bottle, monkey, grenade, molotovs, and and upgraded colt item. i thought they were aswel but on closer inspection with a sniper and pause screen at the ready i found it wasn’t. this reply may seem a bit redundant but who cares.

yeah you have to find the bears and monkeys and get things they got. it only appears once in the box and if you didnt get it then you have to restart the game
i’ve seen the tipe 99 in the mistery box after getting the two tedy bears and t=trowing a monky bomb in the fernis with the other monkey and it appers in the box iv’e seen it but not gotten it my friend used box ten times in a row and third to last gun tipe 99
u can get the type 99 i always get it ypu can also buy it it is next to the teleporter on top of the furnace room when you upgrade the type 99 its called 1001 samurais
thats the type 100. look at the name next time
there are only 2 bears and when you shoot the switch thingy those are not the power ups… they are the 2 bears, the monkey, juggernog, bowie knife, upgraded pistol, and a grenade and i think something else but i forgot.
maybe it will be in the next map pack?
I myself xGTAxKILLAx (PS3) have finnaly found the type 99… im not gonna reveal its place unless i am replied to 100 times..

In the building where u said it is written teddy is a liar, if you look carefully, the t is actually an e, witch means EDDY IS A LIAR EDWARD RICHTOFEN one of the characters, the one that locked dr. Maxis (six am backwards!) and samantha in the room with the dog
I’ve tried this mini game and think i’ve discovered what to do, The monkey that is holding the colt and juggernaut must be shot with an upgraded colt whilst you have juggernaut, the monkey with the bowie knife must be shot when you have the bowie knife with any upgraded gun and the monkey bomb that is in the furnace has to have a monkey bomb thrown in with it. the voice says somthing different, iv also heard that after you get all of them you have to shoot the switch again but i think the last part is just somthing made up. Don’t know if you can get the type 99 after this, iv tried and it hadn’t come up, maybe theres more? or maybe i did somthing wrong, i don’t know
No i think ur on to something but there r other things besides the two teddy bears and one maonkey in elevate ur senses
If you look at the monkey inside the furnace, it is holding a german grenade and a molotov. My guess for the one holding the bowie knife is that u have to stab him (DON’T KNOW HOW) and the teddy in the animal testing area is that u have to shoot at him with an upgraded colt while u have juggenog. (juggernog will prevent you from dying after the explosion. Another thing, when u trow the monkey in the furnace, the monkey starts to scream, a girl (i suppose samantha) says “Why do you have to be so mean to Mr. Monkey? Mr. Monkey just wanted to playyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!”

The type 100 is on the map. It’s next to B transporter on the wall.

i think what you do is with takeo and upgraded type 100 you activate the fly trap… then with tank dempsey shoot the one w/ a bowie while you having a bowie…w/ nikolai shoot the one in the cage with an upgraded pistol and juggernog…the one in the flames throw a monkey bomb while playing as richtofen. my guess i haven’t tried it PS i know i 4got the n on my GT >:(
The type 99 does not exist. i have serched every where and it does not exist. Treyarch probably wnated to make the fly trap a lot more complicated, but at the last minute they shortened it and took out something that you would have gotten besides the achivement.
first shoot the fly trap. then shoot the teddy bear in the window by the mainframe. then theres the teddy bear in the animal cage. DO NOT SHOOT THE MONKEY IN THE FURNACE BEFORE THE TEDDY BEARS. they will dissapear. then with a pap’d ptrs scope in on the moon. inside a few of those dark craters youll see red spots. these are monkeys as well. i havent got the chance to shoot them myself with a pap’d ptrs but ive seen them with the scope. idk what to do after that. tell me if get farther than that
when i do that the f***ing moon disapears
on single player u can see the moon but 2 or more u can’t see it

Everyone, you are so close! Yes u must activate the fly trap and get all the items, WHICH INCLUDES THE BEARS!!! use the mystery box until u get bears twice then ENJOY!!! sorry but dont have video equipment for my 360. Reply when u can make ur own vid!!!

try throwing a monkey bomb into the furnace with the other one. The girl says something differet, but it’s too garbled for me to understad… could be a clue. (TIP: Don’t use the monkey bomb last, or the girl will say both lines making the message even more garbled.)
I have tried all of these and yet no type 99 or sawed off. i have been looking all over the internet for videos and more ways and they are all say the same thing. I will not give up looking for ways of getting those items.

But what all of you are forgetting is there is 4 the last one is a shadow on the wall at the window to the left of the mainframe and then you get the type 99 I have had it 3 times
you don’t have to do anything special just find them and it make the voice happy….the voice will also tell you where the zombies are if you are close to the mainframe…I Have done it,it works,I swear

the type 99 is a load of crap that some random guy spread around if you bealive its real then ur wasting yur time and get a life
I agree what difference does it make both of these guns suck either way unless treyarch made them ****ing beasts there is no point in worrying about either one

the teddy that is casting a shadow is there all the time (you dont have to shoot the box for the Fly Trap for it to pop up) so I dont think its a one of the teddys.
