The Samsung Pixon12 has now been released in the UK, as Phone4U have just taken possession of the first 12 megapixel camera phone in the UK. If you are going for a £45 per month contract, then the handset will be free on this 18-month contract.
This deal is available for both Vodafone and Orange. This sounds like a huge amount to pay each month, but if you are looking to get your hands on the first 12-megapixel camera in the UK, then it is really a small price to pay.
IntoMobile have been looking more closely at the phone to see if the camera can produce some great images, they do note that images can be taken within 2 seconds of each other, not bad for a camera phone.
IntoMobile have now made it their mission to hunt down one of these phones from a Phones4U store to have a little fiddle with the device, but they do think that the Samsung Pixon12 will sell out quickly.
