Quickoffice Premier 6 for Symbian S60 smartphones

Good news for users of Quickoffice now, as the software has just been updated to Premier 6 for Symbian S60 smartphones. The popular app lets you easily open and edit Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel files.

As reported from IntoMobile, Quickoffice Premier 6 now adds support for Symbian S60 5th Edition devices such as the Nokia N97 and 5800 XpressMusic handsets. It means that you’ll be able to make full use of these apps using touchscreen controls, which is pretty cool.

The other notable addition to the update is added support for 2007 Powerpoint files. The update is available to download now. Let us know what you make of the new features.
