Porting iPhone apps to Windows Mobile
By: Alan Ng | August 3, 2009 | Leave a CommentWith the upcoming release of Windows’s Mobile Marketplace, an article we have found explains the process on how developers go about converting an iPhone app into an app that is compatible for Windows Mobile, or Windows Phone as it will be known.
As reported from WindowsBlorge, theres no doubt that the App Store is one of the greatest things about the iPhone. Along with the music, video, games and photos, the App store is where the device comes into its own, offering developers a chance to apply their trade using the store.
Microsoft are obviously looking to emulate this success, so they are aiming to make developing for Windows Phone as easy as possible. This link here explains how one developer handled the process of porting to Windows with his Amplitude app. Have a read of it and let us know what you think.
