Final Fantasy XIII (FF13) graphical changes
By: Alan Ng | August 3, 2009 | Leave a CommentWe have some images for you to check out now, which show the interesting graphics changes between old and new builds of Square-Enix’s upcoming RPG Final Fantasy XIII. The game will be released this year over in Japan and is still on course for a 2010 release in the US.
Head over to UFFSite to check out the comparison images. The first shot was released by Square-Enix way back in August 08 and is obviously from the first build of the game.
The image underneath however, was taken from footage contained on the Advent Children Complete disc, most likely running the latest build of the game.
You can see changes to the level texture, notably the floor surface in the two images. You’ll also see that the characters hair has been modified and their clothes look a lot ‘lighter’ than seen in the first picture.
