Nintendo: New figures for Wii Fit, Mario Kart and Wii Sports released
By: Alan Ng | July 31, 2009 | Leave a CommentWe have some updated sales figures for you to check out for Nintendo’s Wii Fit, Wii Sports and Mario Kart Wii. Those three titles are regarded as the main reason the Wii has been successful, but with all three released some time ago, do they still have the power to shift consoles?
According to Kotaku, they do. Nintendo has just revealed sales between April – June 2009 for the three titles mentioned above. During those months, Wii Fit managed to sell 3.6 million units globally, Wii Sports sold 1.91 million copies and Mario Kart Wii managed to shift 2 million copies.
All sales are a combination of Japanese and worldwide sales, so it looks as if they are continuing to sell well even now. Full details over at Kotaku.
