
Acer Predator Aspire G: Now Faster
By: Jamie Pert | July 31, 2009 | Leave a CommentAcer’s latest gaming rig is the Acer Aspire G, also known as the ‘Predator’, it has the same casing as with an earlier edition of the Predator, however inside the casing is higher level hardware. There is no official release date for the Aspire G yet, however most people believe it will be out around November for a price of roughly $2,700.
The new Aspire G will be running an Intel Core i7 950 (running at 3.06Ghz), it will have 12GB of DDR3 RAM and will have 1TB of storage. It will also feature a Blu-ray reader. Graphically the rig will have 2 x NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 graphics cards, and will have 4 DVI-D outputs. It will also support dual Gigabit Ethernet.
