HTC Touch Pro2 - US release date confirmed

Some good news for you now as T-Mobile USA have finally confirmed a release date for the US release of the HTC Touch Pro2 handset. The phone is already available over in the UK on Orange.
As reported from iTProPortal, T-Mobile have said that the HTC Touch Pro2 will be released in the US on 12th August. The phone has sold well in the UK, with the handset recieving a lot of positive reviews from critics.
The HTC Touch Pro2 runs on Windows Mobile 6.1, with an option to upgrade to 6.5, once Microsoft makes the update available. It features a 3.6-inch WVGA touchscreen display, 3.2 megapixel camera, 288MB internal memory and MicroSD card support.

Will that be for all major carriers (Sprint).. or just T-mobile??? plzz respond

I’m pretty sure it just t-mobile. I called sprint today and asked if they were going to release it too, and they said that there is no word about that phone coming out for all they know it may not come out.
It is coming out for sprint in june I went to go ask today

I heard they are coming out with a version for each service. There is not going to be a big difference between them.

The Estimated Launch Date for the HTC Touch Pro-2 is September 08, 2009.
sprint store here has pulled the touch pro from the shelves and all the signs for it down from display. they have to be getting ready to launch the pro 2 very soon i would think.
