LG have announced that they are to introduce a line of TV’s with Bluetooth technology integrated into them. The company will be teaming up with Broadcom to offer the new TV’s, which are said to be available now.
As reported from IntoMobile, the move will see LG join the growing trend of Bluetooth being enabled in digital televisions, joining other services such as WiFi and YouTube support.
With a bluetooth enabled LG TV in your front room, it is thought that you may be able to control the TV using your mobile phone, a feature that we are looking forward to seeing.
We’ll let you know once pricing details are revealed for the TV sets. You can check out the full press release from Broadcom here.
