Microsoft got Vista wrong in so many areas and gaming was one of those poor performing areas.
Gamers are now able to think about purchasing and installing Windows 7 as well as installing new hardware to get the most from their game. There are those who still wonder if Windows 7 is a promising gaming platform, Cnet News has been looking in to this.
The first thing that will help Window 7 OS is DirectX 11; it is thought that this alone will help to bring huge changes in your gaming experience. More support from multithreading and GPGPU compatibility allows game developers to get more from their games in Windows 7.
