Palm Pre: Verizon Wireless and Sprint comment

Despite Sprint remaining confident over their current exclusivity for the Palm Pre, Verizon have recently stated that the phone will arrive on their network sooner rather than later, with early next year a likely target.

As reported from PreCentral, Verizon’s executives were speaking during their quarterly financials conference when they made their comments.

It’s unsure whether Verizon will decide to alter their already pricey calling plans to accomodate the Pre, but given that they have done in the past, we wouldn’t put it past them following suit. We’ll keep you updated with further news on this story.
