Hands-on: BlackBerry Curve 8520

Following our recent posts regarding release date evidence and also the confirmation of the launch from RIM, there is now a hands-on photo gallery showing in PocketLint, the gallery shows the handset from various angles.

The first impression I got from the handset photos was just how well spaced and easy to use the full QWERTY keyboard looked, however the display didn’t look quite as clear as some of its competitors (this could just be because of the environment the photos were taken in.

From what we can see it seems the BlackBerry Curve 8520 will be heading to T-Mobile for its US release, whereas in the UK it will be offered on both Vodafone and Orange networks. A release date of August is expected, as more details emerge we will keep you posted.
