Apple Tablet in 2009: Rumors increase

We have been talking about the possibility of an Apple tablet for some time now, but these rumors have now intensified since recent reports stating that Apple could launch a10-inch touchscreen tablet PC as early as September.

The Financial Times have said that people who were working on the latest Apple device has said that it will have the same capabilities as its iPod Touch, but on a larger scale. However, they did add that the new larger device would be much better when reading e-books and watching videos.

We mentioned yesterday that Apple is also in talks with EMI, Sony Music, Warner Music, and Universal Music Group to offer albums video clips and interactive material through the iTunes store. This interactive material would allow a user to gain access to liner notes, lyric sheets and photos.
