Halo Reach news scarce thanks to Halo 3 ODST

Lars Bakken, one of the developers for the upcoming Halo Reach title, has stated that there is unlikely to be any details revealed for the game until early next year. Bakken was speaking to Eurogamer when he revealed the news.
As reported from Play, Bakken stated that the reason was due to the team’s focus towards Halo 3: ODST, which is scheduled for release at the end of September.
It is thought that Halo Reach will be ready for release sometime in Autumn 2010, with Bungie hinting that the game will be the last Halo game that they will work on.
Bakken stated: “It’ll be familiarly Bungie in that it’ll be big and epic and fun and people will want to play it,” the game maker offered, adding on Bungie’s ‘teases’ that “there’s things like that littered all throughout the game (ODST) that are cool little nods to fans. And that actually makes a lot more sense now that we had announced the Reach game.”
