Comic-Con 2009: Tron Legacy Light Cycles

When attendees went to Comic-Con last year, they were treated to the exiting news that there was to be a remake of an 80’s classic. That Classic was Tron, the new film being called Tron Legacy. Those who attended Comic-Con 2009 got a sneak peak at the new Light Cycle sequence that appears in the movie.

The scene was of these two cool looking bikes dueling, with those light trails being left in their wake. The footage had leaked on to the Internet before hand, but it did not take Disney long to shut these videos down.
Now we are a year down the line since the first videos were leaked and it was nice to see some HD footage of the movie at Comic Con 09. The Light Cycles have evolved somewhat over the twenty or so years since we first saw them. The bikes are now much faster and more realistic.
