Another good free application which is similar to this is FlyCast this application is said to have more radio stations than its competitors, if you are really happy with the app you can upgrade to a premium version, this allows caching. There is also another competitor called Pandora which creates radio stations based on songs and artists that you like.

With the ever growing popularity of Twitter it is no surprise that TweetCaster is one of the most popular BlackBerry Tour apps, it allows you to share photos and allows you to locate friends via GPS, along with a lot of other Twitter based functionality, TweetCaster is free of charge as long as you tweet about it once.
