PS3 WipEout HD Patch 2.00 Ready for Download

If you have not switched on your PS3 in days or not played WipEout HD, then you will have a surprise waiting when you do, as Patch 2.00 is all ready for you to download, this comes 3 months after patch 1.30. The patch is not a large one, just 109MB, but it is assumed that things are being put in place ready for the DLC on Thursday.

According to The PSN, new features from the patch include, brand new Statistics section, small improvements to the single player and online gameplay and a new community functionality, making it easier for you to play online with your friends.

The WipEout HD Fury expansion pack will cost just £7.99, some may think that it is a bit much, just wait and see what you get for the price. 13 new ships, 12 new tracks, Detonator, Eliminator, Eliminator and 6 new music tracks. The menu system has also been redesigned; there is also a host of new trophies for you to win.
