By: Jamie Pert | July 20, 2009 | Leave a CommentAccording to a retail market analyst it is thought that Microsoft will struggle to convince netbook users running Windows 7 Starter to upgrade to a more expensive version. The main reason for this is simply the cost price, which can sometimes be 40% of the original netbook price.
Although Anytime Upgrade prices have not yet been confirmed it is thought that it will cost around $85, this figure seems extremely high when compared to the retail price of Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade.
