
Mac Office 2008: Update now live
By: Jamie Pert | July 20, 2009 | Leave a CommentMicrosoft have now launched their latest update for the Mac Office 2008, the release is for Service Pack 2, a lot of minor issues have been fixed with the Service Pack and also some increased functionality has been added.
This is the first major update for the software suite since last May when Service Pack 1 was released, the update has added a tool which improves access to documents stored on SharePoint servers and also Office Live Workspaces.
As previously mentioned Microsoft have fixed many issues, and also made changes to improve stability and performance, scrolling is said to be faster in Word and Excel handle calculations 24% quicker.
