A two paged article has emerged on InformationWeek, in this article it covers a lot of different things that Google are going to have to consider whilst creating their Google Chrome OS, many feel that the most important thing is how the web applications integrate with the Operating System.

According to many experts Google’s main goal will be trying to get web applications to run as if they were localised applications, if they offer the stability of locally installed applications and manage to keep it extremely simple and fast it should offer an new concept for users to seriously consider.

Google’s engineering director Matthew Papakipos recently said “ There’s a broad category of things that native apps can do that Web apps can’t do”, this means that web applications will have to use emerging technologies such as HTML5 to close the current gap between web and native apps.
