AT&T: Subsidized netbooks due to launch
By: Jamie Pert | July 20, 2009 | Leave a CommentYou may have read our post a while back regarding businesses getting subsidized netbooks from AT&T, well now AT&T are offering some netbooks to the public.
The netbooks they are offering are the Dell Mini 10, Acer Aspire One and the Lenovo S10, all of the netbooks are $200 when you sign up to a two year contract. There are two price plans, one of them is $40 per month and it allows up to 200MB of usage, the other price plan is $60 per month and allows up to 5GB of usage.
These price plans seem very expensive and when compared to Sprint’s 99 cent netbook on a similar $60 a month price plan it seems that AT&T have priced themselves out of the market, check the full story on Engadget.
