Following yesterdays news which reported that Apple have now blocked the Palm Pre from syncing with iTunes, we thought we would see how it is affecting our readers.

For those of you who didn’t read our report yesterday, as of iTunes version 8.2.1 devcies which pretend to be an iPod will no longer be able to sync their devices, Apple reported a while back that they would be doing this.

While this may affect Apples sales of media via iTunes’ store, it is thought that in the long run it may impact Palm more, however it may be possible for Palm to create a work-around for the new validation system.

This just goes to show you what a lame company Apple is. How was it even allowed in the first place?? Besides, I use a MS Zune in spite of all ipuds.

I knew this was coming (Apple is not the laid-back, benevolent corporation that they like to portray), so it doesn’t affect me since I had never planned on downloading tunes from iTunes to my Pre. Plus I prefer listening to tunes on Pandora radio; never know what I am going to get next!

I came to this page as I was searching for reviews on iPhone 3G vs the new HTC Hero. This page was helpful in a different perspective. For those who were around for a detailed comparison between iPhone 3G vs the new HTC Hero, this is what I could find.
