Verizon’s FiOS Service: New feature called Widget Bazaar

It has been revealed that customers who are signed up to Verizon’s FiOS service, will benefit from a brand new feature. It’s called Widget Bazaar and will give users access to various applications and useful information on your TV.

As reported from Slashgear, customers will be particularly pleased to hear that you’ll be able to get your daily Facebook and Twitter fix from using Widget Bazaar. You’ll also recieve updates on what other people are watching and there also a tool which allows Twitter to stay on the screen while you browse channels.

At the moment, the new service is only basic, but Verizon has said that around 40 apps will be available for customers within six months.
