NTT Docomo SH-08A: Features solar power and 8 megapixels
By: Alan Ng | July 16, 2009 | Leave a CommentIf there is such a thing as a ‘super phone’, then surely this device here is it. NTT Docomo have just launched their SH-08A handset over in Japan and it contains some features that we can only dream about in these shores.
As IntoMobile reports, the NTT Docomo SH-08A features a solar power panel on the front, which will give you 1 minute of talk time for every 10 minutes spent in the sun. If that wasn’t enough, the phone can also survive 1 meter underwater and also comes with an 8 megapixel camera. It has a 3 inch screen with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution which can display an impressive 16.7 million colors.
Sadly though, this phone is probably only going to see a release in Japan, so good luck trying to get your hands on one. Let us know what you think of the SH-08A.
