HTC Hero’s Design: CEO initial reaction

Are you looking to pick up a HTC Hero? If so, what do you make of the unique design? One person who has given us his thoughts on the design is HTC’s CEO Peter Chou, and his remarks are quite interesting too.

As reported from IntoMobile, the teflon coating on the HTC Hero has been praised by a lot of critics. Peter Chou though, was rather reluctant with the design at one stage, reportedly asking Chief Innovative Officer Horace Luke ‘What the hell are you doing?’

While the new Teflon coating will prevent slips and reduce fingerprints, HTC have even gone on record to state that the iPhone is like a ‘slippery watermelon seed.’
