When you gamers want something, you pretty much know how to get people’s attention. It has reported that the ongoing petition for LAN in the upcoming PC game StarCraft II, has now surpassed the 55,000 users mark.

As reported from IGN, the petition began after Blizzard revealed that they will not be supporting LAN play in StarCraft II, which is due out before the end of the year. In another disappointment, the company also said that they will only be supporting mulitplayer via its Battle.net online service.

So far, Blizzard have yet to comment on the petition, which is growing by the minute. They can’t ignore it forever now, can they guys?

Bad move blizzard…
