While some of you will be pulling your hair out due to the glitches found in Grand Slam Tennis on the Nintendo Wii, it has been revealed that EA themselves are unaware of the problems relating to MotionPlus.
As reported from Examiner, Grand Slam Tennis is a pretty good game and very enjoyable when playing with friends. The only thing that is stopping it from becoming a great game, is the various MotionPlus glitches that gamers have been complaining about.
EA’s statement on the problems was that they were “not aware of any specific problems with it in relation to Grand Slam Tennis.” What are your thoughts on the glitches? Don’t expect a patch soon after EA’s comments.

What glitches? Most of the so-called ‘glitches’ complained about online are the result of the users’ failure to properly utilize Wii MotionPlus in this game. Granted, EA didn’t help by failing to include a good tutorial in-gane or in the manual, but once you learn the proper way to use MotionPlus, the game responds as it should.
As is often the case, unfortunately, the user would rather place the blame eslewhere…
I am not aware of a motion plus glitch, but several times when we have been playing online, if the ball lands in a deep corner behind our opponents with a softly hit ball, the ball just stays as if we haven’t finished the play. We are not able to conitue the game, one team must decide to quit and forfit the game. Again this has happened several times to us. We love to play, but definitley would like a patch for this problem.
