Sony PS3 Slim: Video apparently showing new system

It looks as if the PS3 Slim rumors are not dead just yet. We have found a video what looks to be the new PS3 Slim, but most reports are indicating that this video is a fake, much like the recent pictures leak a few months ago.
As Engadget reports, the video was taken in a street market over in Philippines and shows a blurry clip of the black box-shaped unit in action. One customer asks the trader if it’s real and he replies, ‘Yes’ and ‘It’s new, we’ve just got it.’
All signs are pointing in the direction that this is just another hoax, but then you can see a ‘PSPGo’- themed PS3 Slim logo on top of the box, so it still makes you wonder a little.

How fascinating. Either it’s the scoop of the year or someone’s gone to such extreme lengths to have a screw around on the ‘net with the gaming community. The build quality (in albeit a rough-n-ready clip) looks quite decent.
The plot thickens.
