Skyfire Beta being tested on BlackBerry devices

BlackBerry users are now closer than ever in getting a decent browser, compared to the abysmal one that they are using at the moment. BGR is reporting that registered Skyfire BlackBerry testers have a new version and is ready to try.

Beta, version 1.0.0.12304 is thought to be huge a improvement over the alpha 2 version; BlackBerry users are getting exited at the prospect of being able to ditch their browser soon. This has now put huge pressure on Skyfire Labs.

There are a host of new features for Skyfire Beta version 1.0.0.12304, this includes new keyboard shortcuts, text entry in thumbnail view, contextual zoom with camera corners, faster zooming and much more. Once we know more, we will update you.
