Rubik’s 360 Release Date: The Christmas Toy
By: Peter Chubb | July 10, 2009 | 1 CommentThere are only a few more days to go until the launch of the latest Rubik’s puzzle, the Rubik’s 360 and is being tipped to be the number one Christmas toy. The release date for this puzzle is July 15, 2009 in the UK and already there have been a number of fraudulent emails advertising the Rubik’s 360, so beware.
According to Web User News, a number of models have appeared on eBay UK, these are imitation models. These fake models are going for £5.99 the official price at Hamley’s is £18. Please do not be fooled by this, wait until July 15, you only have a few days.
The Rubik’s 360 is very different to the original Rubik’s cube designed back in 1974 by Hungarian professor, Emo Rubik. If you look at the video below you will see that it is spherical shaped and has a few colored balls inside the main product.
Do you like this new design; do you think it will prove as popular as the original Rubik’s Cube?
