New Quicken for Mac OS X: Release delayed to 2010

According to AppleInsider, Intuit have announced that their newest version of Quicken will be released in February 2010. A lot of people were beginning to think that Intuit wouldn’t be releasing an updated version due to the amount of time it has taken.

In 2008 Intuit announced a new version of Quicken was being created and that it should be available later that year, however this never happened. The reasons for such a delay is said to be that the program has been completely overhauled to better fit in with MAC OS X.

You should be able to pre-order the new version of Quicken as of October 12th.
