Solve Palm Pre battery problems with Seidio battery

Since the Palm Pre was released there has been only a handful of problems and annoyances mentioned, one slight annoyance has been its battery life, especially when compared against the iPhone 3GS which has a great battery life.

Seidio have now manufactured a new battery which fits the Palm Pre, the battery has exactly the same dimensions, which means it doesn’t cause a big bulge at the rear of the handset.

The standard battery is 1150mAh, however Seidio’s new battery is 1350mAh, this should give you about 20 percent extra battery life, which doesn’t seem a great deal, but may be worthwhile for some users.

The battery will set you back $45, which isn’t too bad, however I would recommend waiting until your current Palm Pre’s battery starts to diminish, then upgrade.
