Released: Windows 7 Deployment Toolkit
By: Jamie Pert | July 9, 2009 | Leave a CommentMicrosoft have release a new deployment toolkit, the new Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) is designed to allow enterprises to roll out Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 across a network easily.
As with all MDT’s they allow easy deployment of new Operating Systems across large networks, not only does it help deploy the Operating System, but you can also choose certain configuration options which saves a lot of time in the long run, which in turn makes the process more cost effective. The MDT is sure to be in high demand when Windows 7 is officially released in October.
