Apple iPod nano recall in Korea

It has been revealed that Apple have had to recall faulty iPod Nano devices in Korea. Apple have now pushed out the 4th generation versions of their iPod Nano, but it appears that it is the 1st generation devices that are causing all the problems.

According to Engadget, the 1st-gen iPod Nanos are reported to suffer from overheating and in severe cases, cause the ipod to actually ‘explode’. If you are unsure about these claims, click here to read up on it.

As a result of all the complaints regarding the faulty iPods, the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards recently told Apple to ‘aggressively’ recall all the first generation iPod nano with Lithium Ion batteries.
