Amazon Kindle 2 Price Cut
By: Jamie Pert | July 9, 2009 | Leave a CommentThe Kindle 2 e-reader has only been for sale for just under five months, but now the company has reduced its retail price, originally it was for sale for $359 however now U.S consumers can pick up the device for $299.
There are many different reasons causing the price reductions, the most likely is that people are more then happy with their current e-book applications on their smartphones. Also more and more competition is starting to emerge, therefore at a price tag just under $300 Amazon may just beat their competitors to the sales.
