Battlefield 1943 Release Time: PS3 and Xbox 360 today

The much anticipated sequel to Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 1943 is released today as a multiplayer only game on XBLA and PSN. We are not certain of the release time. Please let us know what time you see the new game.

If you loved the previous game, then you will certainly like Battlefield 1943. To start there are only three maps, but once the community knocks up 43 million kills, then a fourth map will be added, this will be called Coral Sea.

Blast Magazine explains that if the new game is as popular as the old one, then 43 million kills will be achieved in just one day. Battlefield 1943 is available for not only the Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation 3, but also for PC as well.
