
Sony VAIO W Netbook
By: Jamie Pert | July 7, 2009 | Leave a CommentEngadget have posted news showing the new Sony VAIO W netbooks, Sony are hoping the new VAIO W will impact the market better then the overpriced Sony VAIO P. Full details and photos are not available at the moment however there is a video which can be seen towards the end of this post.
So far we are led to believe that the Sony VAIO W is Sony’s latest netbook, it has a 10.1 inch screen, and should be available in a few different colors. Hardware wise it is said to have a 1.6Ghz Intel Atom with 1GB of RAM, the netbook will run Windows XP like its predecessor the VAIO P.
Apart from the details we have already mentioned not much else has been revealed, an official price has not yet been announced however some reports claim it will be around $629.
