New RIM BlackBerry Support Forums: Now mobile friendly

RIM have now launched a new version of their support forums, this time round they have been optimized to be viewed easily on your BlackBerry handsets.

Reports so far suggest that it is an improvement however they are still a long way from becoming completely ‘BlackBerry friendly’. Complaints mentioned so far suggest that topic titles are truncated, which in turn makes it hard to distinguish exactly what subject matter is covered within the topic.

Although this is a step in the right direction there is still a lot of work needed from BlackBerry, I would imagine they will work on this pretty urgently.
